Job Description
ProVerify™ powered by Application Verification is currently seeking applicants in the Pittsburgh area for a Digital Fingerprinting Associate to operate digital fingerprinting equipment on-site at customer’s event and assist with in-office administrative duties associated with digital fingerprinting events. Multi-tasking with accuracy and excellent customer service skills in a challenging and rewarding career field are a must!
Job Duties include but not limited to: Fingerprinting customers while providing excellent customer service skills, completing required paperwork in a timely manner, fulfilling pre and post fingerprinting event activities, as well as relaying and transferring vital information in perfect detail between data systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital fingerprinting – Obtain successful customer fingerprint images.
Ability to maintain a 98% level of accuracy and multitask under pressure.
Ability to travel (75% of the time) to client locations to perform onsite fingerprinting.
Ability to perform and troubleshoot issues with digital fingerprinting equipment, software/hardware.
Interact in a polite and professional manner with all individuals as a representative of the company at all times.
Can work independently off-site and as a part of a team when necessary to accomplish large projects.
Must be reliable and dependable, reporting to work on a consistent and punctual basis.
Assist co-workers as necessary and when available, at times assist with administrative duties which extend beyond digital fingerprinting.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s services and clients requests to contribute to the refinement of processes.
Serve in a customer relations role on the phone or in-person.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency of Microsoft office products
Able to lift 50 lbs. pelican carrying case in and out of vehicle
Associates Degree, previous fingerprinting experience and customer service all preferred
Good working knowledge of, and comfort level with, computers and technology
Ability to travel overnight when necessary
Willingness to learn
Exceptional communication skills with customers and co-workers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must submit to pre-employment background investigation, required clearances and substance abuse screening
Must successfully complete vetting and credentialing process required by federal and state regulatory agencies in order to receive the appropriate training set forth by our fingerprinting vendor.
